Export reports to Excel—how it works
Exporting Reports to Microsoft Excel is available as a Plus feature.
You can export report data from QuickBooks Online to Microsoft® Excel for further study. This allows you to work with report data to help make it right for your business.
Simply click the Excel button from any QuickBooks Online report, and your formatted report can either be viewed immediately in Excel, or saved to an Excel file. You can make any changes you want in Excel. The changes you make apply to the Excel version of the report and don't affect the report in QuickBooks Online.
