To continue using QuickBooks Online after your 30-day trial, you'll be asked to present a valid credit card for authorization, and you'll be charged the then current fee for the service(s) you've selected. If you've selected QuickBooks Online with Payroll, you'll receive a 20% discount on your monthly service fees for the first 12 months of your subscription. Each employee you pay is an additional $1.50/month. If you file taxes in more than one state, each additional state is $12/month. After 12 months, you'll be automatically charged the then-current fee for the service(s) you've selected, unless you cancel. You can cancel at anytime by calling 866-272-8734 x111. 3 If you are not satisfied with QuickBooks Online (for any reason), simply call (800) 286-6800 within 60 days from the first charge date to request a refund of your paid subscription fees.
