Preparing tax forms
Intuit Online Payroll automatically shows you which tax forms are due in the Tax Forms Center (open the Employees menu and choose Payroll Tax Forms Centerclick the Tax Forms tab).
A form appears in the Forms Due Soon table if it is within 31 days of its due date.
For example, if you have a tax form for the period ending June 30:
- End of period: June 30
- Form due date: July 31
- Form appears in Forms Due Soon table starting: July 1
- Form disappears from Forms Due Soon table on: August 1
How do I prepare a form?
- From the Employees menu, choose Payroll Tax Forms Center.
Click the Tax Forms tab.
- In the Forms Due Soon table, choose the form.
