What is Form 941?

Form 941 is the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return.

It is a tax form on which you report:

You file these returns quarterly, on a calendar-year basis, even if your fiscal year is different from the calendar year.

These tax returns are due the last day of the month following the end of the quarter, even if you have no taxes to report. For example, Form 941 for the first quarter ending March 31 is due April 30.

You can prepare and print your Form 941s through Intuit Online Payroll. How?
